I’ve always loved those striped awnings – though it’s hardly recognizable as the White House.
I love striped awnings and striped umbrellas.
It is a slightly ambiguous photo of the W.H. — a little mysterious and sad — suitable for the moment, I thought. (“hardly recognizable” is appropriate, too)
