Thank you for stopping by! There are so many nice details in this picture: the coffee pot and cups, of course; but I also love the older woman’s blouse and hat and the checked skirt the woman on the left is wearing — and the angle of the light in the trees.
Who took the photo? The fifth woman? Are they taking a walking or driving break? I want to know everything! And I agree with your comments about the clothing and the light.
I see five, maybe six, cups in the grass. The photo was in an album of the Estonian archives called “Taking a hike,” but with two coffee pots, a creamer, and all the blankets, that’s a lot to carry on foot.
