Can you imagine dressing like that as a child?! I have pix of my grandmother from that era looking much the same.
That really is a very grand hat for playing in the snow. I imagine she was half aggravated and half pleased with it. I like her sister’s fur muff too.
I hope they eventually got turns on the sled.
