In theory, I would think they are all working on the same thing. But looking at the image, it is hard to say exactly what they are doing and if anyone is on the same page.
This must be a “lab” session. The women in the back seems to be tieing up and measuring plants, and the one in front looks like she’s stirring something — and daydreaming.
