HA! I spend my summers in Nova Scotia!! Lots of good gardening there, mostly of the cottage variety like in this photo but Halifax has an intact Victorian garden in its Public Gardens. It’s something to see, even if one doesnt’ like Victoriana (which includes me)
I love this one. Such lush borders, and somehow those children evoke memories of my own childhood.
This path must have been so pretty with those dahlias, but I wonder about what happened to the little cherry tree in the middle distance, which looks lopped off.
