I liked the simple elegance of this roofline planting on an apartment building in the Châtelain neighborhood in Brussels. It appeared to be all one variety of fountain grass. I couldn’t tell if the plants were growing in a container along the edge or if they were at the front of a larger terrace garden.
Cindy, this line of sky-high grass makes me smile. I find it very appealing. Somehow, despite the age of the building, it makes me think of a young boy with hair falling over his forehead. Do let us know if you ever discover whether it is on pots or part of a larger planting.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t a place on the street that was high enough to get a better look.
