It’s a special place — and really difficult to get into on the weekends. It’s a popular getaway for people in Kigali.
I always think of the Kibuye area of Lake Kivu as Sleeping Beauty country — the hills and the knobby little islands rising out of the lake are like the setting for a fairy tale.
